Travis's first jobs were in Italian cafes and lifeguarding at the beach - they taught him patience and how to stay sharp in the moment. Studying to be an engineer and then a creative, he realized he was a people person and started his sales career in staffing and recruiting before entering the world of tech sales.
After achieving quota every quarter of his life (OK, except once), he realized his true passion was in training his peers and partners. Maybe it's because he was raised by a public school teacher that he finds everything to be a teachable moment. He leaps at the opportunity to work with new companies and learn how their most important asset, their people, can make a difference.
